Last Friday our HR team hosted the first ever virtual escape room game titled “CEO’s Abduction” at Springworks via The Board Game Co. It was a challenging yet fun session that forced us to push our mental boundaries to think out of the box for solving the mind-boggling mysteries provided to us. The game was a great stress buster and everyone closed the week on a high note. Participating in an escape room game as a team allowed us to work together and build a positive relationship with one another. It was great to see everyone come together to rescue the CEO. Kudos to the HR team to come up with such a creative employee engagement activity!
