An enticing exercise that gets teams to soley rely on communication to build a structure, as all members of the team are blinfolded. The task is to work together to form a square while blindfolded. The activity ends when the team thinks that they have formed a square.
In the course of the activity, teams will face many internal and extrenal challenges, forcing them to re think their initail approach, pivot midway and re strategise. The activity seems simple at the circumfrence although surely opens the stage for an extensive debrief, based on the new behaviourial learnings and the old biases people carry.
